FAQ

What are the helicopter Charter rates?
The rates are applied on an hourly basis.

What is the seating capacity of a helicopter and how are the seats arranged?
A helicopter can hold up to 5 passengers along with the pilot. The seating arrangement is carefully designed to maintain proper weight distribution, ensuring a safe and level flying platform for the pilot. These helicopters are primarily used for touring purposes, so every seat offers an excellent view for all passengers.

How experienced are your pilots?
Our pilots are highly experienced and provide exceptional tours in and around high mountain terrains, as well as high altitude and confined areas. They also possess excellent knowledge and narration skills about the locations. To ensure the highest standards are met, each of our pilots undergoes regular re-current proficiency training in accordance with CAA Nepal's regulations. Additionally, we bring in outside professional instructors every year to train and evaluate our pilots with the latest techniques and information.
When are the peak seasons for your operations?

The peak tourist seasons in Nepal are March to May and October to mid-December.
Does the weather affect helicopter operations?
Yes, it does. In Nepal, all helicopters operate under Visual Flying Rules (VFR) conditions, requiring good weather conditions and clear visibility as per flight operation rule requirements.

Is there any alternative flight option apart from the one displayed on the website?
We're happy to accommodate your preferences and can arrange for almost any flight you desire. If you have any specific requests, please let us know and we'll do our best to make them happen.

Can you take photos during a flight?
Absolutely! Our B3 helicopter is equipped with small sliding windows at the front passenger's seat, allowing you to capture the breathtaking beauty of the peaks and terrains below.

Is there a specific age restriction for helicopter travel?
There is no age limit for flying in our helicopter, unless specified by a qualified medical professional.

Which payment methods do you accept?
All primary payment methods are accepted, including cash, credit cards, and telex transfer. Payment must be made in full before or immediately after the flight.

Would it be necessary to take anti-motion sickness medication?
If you are prone to motion sickness, it would be advisable to take something before flying. Our helicopters provide a smooth ride, and most people do not experience any discomfort.
